Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Title Processor to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing tax, title, and legal transfer documents on vehicle sales. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all documents are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis
  • Examine contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
  • Submit legal transfer documents to DMV on a timely basis
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents

Requirements:
  • No prior experience or training required
  • Ability to receive and communicate with customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions

Work Environment:

This role is performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with customers and employees. The Title Clerk is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
