Position Overview

The Banking Services Representative will engage in essential banking operations that include: assisting clients, executing personal and business transactions, reconciling daily credits and debits, managing ATM and vault activities, and ensuring branch financials align with the general ledger. Responsibilities also include responding to customer inquiries via phone. Adherence to bank policies and dual control measures is mandatory. Representatives are expected to be open to cross-training and identifying opportunities to promote additional products to clients. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing customer deposits

2. Cashing various types of checks

3. Reconciling financial transactions

4. Engaging in cross-training and product promotion

5. Performing other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Strong customer service skills and effective telephone communication

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

- At least 1 year of experience in retail and cash handling

- Previous experience as a teller is advantageous
