Responsibilities:


The Chemical Process Specialist will oversee process systems, process-mechanical, Bulk Gas delivery, and PSSS (VHP/Gas/Chemical), as well as Industrial Waste management, collection, treatment, and UPW (make-up, primary, and polish loop) systems for various ongoing projects across all phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, and project closure.

Act as Project Manager for engineering-led projects.

Project Management Duties Include:
Client interaction

Develop and monitor project delivery timelines

Establish and manage fees for engineering services

Oversee budgets throughout the design process

Facilitate the design of engineering plans from initial stages through construction;

Conduct analysis and design of industrial facilities/projects;

Technical writing for engineering studies, Basis of Design documents, and narratives for non-technical audiences to clarify engineering concepts for informed decision-making;

Review and produce plans and specifications to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and guidelines;

Communicate and coordinate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and regulatory agency personnel;

Domestic and international travel may be necessary;

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution;

5-10 years of experience with process, waste, and ultrapure water (UPW) systems in the semiconductor, petrochemical, or bio/pharmaceutical sectors;

Experience serving as the primary engineering liaison with multiple clients in a project management or engineering lead capacity;

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the U.S. or the ability to obtain licensure within one year of employment;

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, pipe stress analysis software, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office applications;

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client engagement.

Base Compensation:
$95,000 - $120,000

(Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
