Key Qualifications:
- Proficient in Windows desktop operating systems
- Basic understanding of Azure services

- Understanding of network infrastructure components

- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting is a plus

Core Responsibilities:
- Documenting tickets and actions taken to facilitate client billing
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of client networks
- Managing updates for both firmware and applications
- Acting as the primary contact for escalated IT support issues
- Responding to support inquiries regarding hardware, connectivity, and network issues
- Diagnosing and resolving user issues related to software and hardware
- Consulting with users to determine effective troubleshooting steps
- Utilizing diagnostic tools and software to assist users
- Learning new technologies independently and efficiently
- Communicating technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Supporting the cloud-hosted VoIP telecommunication system
- Assisting in the setup of new PBX tenants and ensuring proper implementation
- Collaborating with carriers to secure optimal rates and redundancy
- Maintaining VoIP hardware and software within the company's infrastructure
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk role, preferably within an MSP
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently during quieter periods
- Experience in VoIP or telecommunications roles is preferred
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification is advantageous
- Certifications such as MCP, A+, and Network+ are beneficial
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to navigate various environments and reach different heights
