- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, specifically in food manufacturing.
- A proven track record of achieving sales growth and business development objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of the pizza, frozen foods, baked goods, bakery, and cheese markets.
- Experience in managing retail and wholesale distribution channels.
- Proficiency in managing packaged goods, and private label products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- A solid understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- A valid food handler certification.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
