Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Product Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our Global Product Management, Strategy, and Business Development team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to understand business needs and develop effective HR strategies
- Execute talent management initiatives to grow associate development, leadership, and organizational capabilities
- Provide strategic advice on HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management principles
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to influence and coach leadership at multiple levels within an organization
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. Additionally, we provide opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $190,000.
This role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay and is part of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work part of the time at our Sunnyvale, CA headquarters and part of the time remotely from your home.
