Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner for Global Product Management at Danaher Corporation, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for executing the HR strategy in support of the overall business objectives, with a focus on talent management, leadership coaching, organizational design, employee engagement, and creating a world-class associate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to understand needs, challenges, and goals to translate into effective HR strategies and solutions.
  • Execute talent strategies that grow associate development, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, diversity/equity/inclusion, and organizational development.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze talent related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and talent management principles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including remote teams.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and direction and operate and drive results and set priorities independently.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience OR Master's with 6+ years of experience.
