About the Role

This is a strategic role that requires a strong business acumen and the ability to influence business outcomes through HR initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to accelerate business outcomes, work on big problems and opportunities, and build future bench and upscaling capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen

• Experience in supporting and building talent plans

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to influence decision-making

• Exposure to organizational design, workforce strategy, and planning efforts

• Experience in diagnosing and building leader and manager capabilities

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $201,000-$301,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
