- Ability to pivot between a delivery and management role.
- Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
- RICS or equivalent accreditation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Drive to be proactive and self-motivated, with the tenacity and ambition to inject value and create solutions.
