Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cost consultants in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
  • Pivot between a delivery and management role, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance internal systems and processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, creating a pipeline of opportunities for new business growth.
  • Take responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Support existing key client relationships and lead proposals for new work.
  • Manage the financial aspects of commissions and undertake staff performance reviews.
  • Set a clear strategy and ambition for the team, identifying, coaching, and mentoring talent to realize their potential.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a cost management team.
  • Ability to pivot between a delivery and management role.
  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
  • RICS or equivalent accreditation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Drive to be proactive and self-motivated, with the tenacity and ambition to inject value and create solutions.
