Job Overview

Romanoff Group of Companies, a leading provider of commercial and residential services, is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join their team in Columbus, OH.

As a key member of the finance team, the Assistant Controller will play a crucial role in supporting the senior accountant and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile project accounts and prepare project profitability analysis
  • Support the senior accountant in financial planning and budgeting
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of construction accounting experience with general ledger knowledge
  • Timberline/Sage software experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Valid driver's license
