Job Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing operations data systems across global supply chain. Provide technical consulting support to Manufacturing Operations and project engineers, as required. Oversight of installation and integration of manufacturing systems specifically for wet and powder processing, utilities, powder filling, and secondary packaging:

  • PLC programming in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix platforms
  • HMI/SCADA programming in Ignition, FactoryTalk View SE/ME
  • Temperature/pressure/level/conductivity/PH/vibration instrumentation, sensors, and other field I/O devices
  • Manufacturing networks and electrical MCCs and PDUs

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence. 5+ years of applicable engineering experience, experience in FDA regulated manufacturing, consumer packaged goods or similar experience required. Experience with validation or commissioning documentation required. Experience with powder processing, filling and inspection technologies strongly preferred. Experience with vision and inspection systems or similar technology preferred. Experience with large capital project delivery and leading a cross-functional project team preferred.

Base Pay

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
