Project Controls Specialist

BlastOne International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for supporting the team through assisting with project management functions and project portfolio tasks. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in managing project data and facilitating communication between team members, executives, and external parties.
- Assist in the creation and management of documentation for processes and procedures
- Maintain and monitor progress tracking within a project
- Support the Director with correspondence and provide administrative support to project teams
- Facilitate team functions and communicate effectively with project team members and other relevant parties
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project controls, project management, or related roles
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
