Healthpeak Properties, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities related to on-site outpatient medical property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and property staff directory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor outside vendors for compliance with contracts and certificates of insurance, ensuring that all vendors meet the company's standards.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist with preparing and administering service agreements, as well as maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and review tenant billings and other miscellaneous charges, providing management with aged delinquency reports and sending delinquency letters as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous commercial property management experience, with experience in real estate accounting and familiarity with monthly accounting cycle, including an understanding of A/P, A/R, and commercial leases.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
