Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Join FPI Management, Inc. as an Assistant Property Manager and contribute to the success of our multifamily property management team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Community Director in managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and our properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage lease expirations, timely turnover, and rent collections to maximize revenue potential.
  • Process vendor invoices, manage accounting, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Management protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and clients, promoting a positive and professional image of FPI Management, Inc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance meeting state requirements.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
