Pure Property Management Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Pure Property Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of property operations to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and manage delinquency status of monthly rents, communicating with owners as necessary.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and property owners to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
  • Participate in application approval processes and assist owners with questions and explanations regarding financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of lease files and maintenance of records on all aspects of management activity.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on property pricing and neighborhood market conditions.
  • Facilitate lease renewal processes and show available properties to prospective tenants.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license in WA.
  • Valid real estate salesperson license in the state of WA.
  • Single-family residential property management experience.
  • 2-3 years of residential property management experience.
