Job Overview

Direct Protection Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules for staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Draft professional correspondence, including reports and letters, to maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for staff to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones and greeting visitors professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records through efficient filing systems.
  • Process financial documents, including invoices and receipts, to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude.
