Job Summary

Inizio Engage XD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Trainer to join our team. As a Project Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting and mentoring a team of Clinical Nurse Educators in the oncology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and support to streamline nurse educator orientation and onboarding process.
  • Act as a point lead for mentors and mentees during the orientation of nurse educators, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Design, update, deliver, and evaluate educational curricula to meet the needs of our Clinical Nurse Educators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement protocols and tools for new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Document progress and provide guidance to nurse educators on their onboarding journey, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Provide education and technical assistance during onboarding, ensuring our Clinical Nurse Educators are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Set up certification and ensure successful completion of certification from orientees, who will be able to demonstrate an educational in-service on product-specific information, including but not limited to product information, disease state information, dosing protocols, and information, administration of product, and adverse events of product.
  • Provide input regarding the development and progress of nurse educator new hires and intervention plans, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Advocate for process and information changes with the team and curricula, ensuring we are always improving and adapting to meet the needs of our Clinical Nurse Educators.
  • Design and facilitate Professional Development meetings to allow for nurse educator professional growth and development.
  • Attend relevant training to improve knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist the nurse manager in conducting KPI-field coaching when needed, ensuring our Clinical Nurse Educators are meeting performance expectations.
  • Design and facilitate professional learning in coordination with client L&D Department for bi-annual meetings and indication launches, ensuring our Clinical Nurse Educators are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Organize, analyze, and distribute nurse educator weekly communication to identify priorities, set performance goals, and monitor progress, ensuring our Clinical Nurse Educators are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.
  • At least three (3) years of recent oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in-servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experience is a must.
  • Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight travel, up to 100% of the time.
  • Good communication, speaking, and writing skills, with the ability to conduct one-on-one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.
