Job Overview

Position: Credentialing Compliance Specialist at Dean's Professional Services

Are you meticulous, technologically adept, and committed to upholding compliance standards? Dean's Professional Services is in search of a dedicated Credentialing Compliance Specialist to enhance our operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the utmost levels of credentialing adherence, onboarding, and orientation for our personnel and clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Management: Process employee compliance requests promptly, manage onboarding procedures, and guarantee that all employee documentation is fully complete and adheres to DPS, client, Joint Commission, and federal/state regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and current documentation within TempWorks and Client VMS, verifying that all HR-related files are uploaded correctly. You will also be responsible for meeting daily HR performance metrics and assisting with client audits as necessary.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as the central communication point among employees, staffing teams, and clients, providing timely updates and ensuring that all compliance actions are documented and addressed without delay.
  • Data Reporting: Compile and submit daily productivity reports, participate in departmental meetings, and generate marketing leads weekly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in compliance and documentation within a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to various software platforms.
  • Staffing Professional Certification (CSP or CHP) to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • A strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and adaptability.
