Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance Research: Assist in researching and evaluating regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring our business policies, procedures, and training materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess compliance program risks and controls, maintaining risk and control libraries to standard.
  • Compliance Program Development: Support management in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs and a culture of compliance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare status reports on program initiatives, activities, and compliance issues for management and committees.
  • Internal Audit Support: Liaise with internal audit and the business for internal audits, assist with evidence requests and submissions.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform Root Cause Self Assessments (RCSAs), including questionnaires, process maps, and Excel templates, according to the provided timeline.
  • SOX Certifications: Facilitate the completion of quarterly SOX certifications.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Liaise with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and the business to ensure completion of all TPRM vendor requests.
  • Operational Risk Events: Report operational risk events, working with the business and the CIM team to complete action plans and remediation steps.
  • End-User Computing Tools: Register End-User Computing Tools and maintain a tracker of registered EUCs, performing annual validation of the EUC list.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk management, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business, Security, Law, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Risk; 8+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk management, or a related field; Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager; JD, CISA, CIPP, CRMP, PMP, RIMS, or similar license/certification.
