Job Title: Senior Agency Relationship Manager About the Role: Chubb is seeking a Senior Agency Relationship Manager to join our New Haven branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with independent agents and brokers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement agency assessments and business plans to drive retention and cross-selling of existing clients * Manage renewal retention by positioning rate and exposure changes with value-based selling techniques * Collaborate with Agency Sales Managers to achieve Written Premium Growth targets * Provide support to assigned agencies on relationship management and sales development matters * Coordinate response to agency inquiries and implement risk management initiatives * Develop and maintain trusted agency relationships through phone interaction and in-person engagement Requirements: * Proven experience in agency relationship management and sales development * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools About Us: Chubb is a world leader in insurance, providing commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance, and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.
