Job Title: Renewal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Renewal Specialist to join our team at Veoci. As a Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the renewal process for our company's contracts, subscriptions, and services with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate renewals by preparing renewal quotes and necessary documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all renewal activities, communications, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Communicate with customers to discuss renewal options, contract terms, and any necessary changes or updates, as well as address concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather necessary information and documentation for renewals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve any contract-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present reports on renewal performance and customer feedback.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the renewal process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the team to optimize renewal strategies.
  • Convey opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that may arise during customer interactions.
  • Escalate in a timely manner when a renewal is affected and could be delayed or canceled.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer renewal cycles concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in renewal contracts and customer information.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that could impact customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
