Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Solomon Page Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Partner with our leadership team to formulate, develop, implement, and evaluate HR and talent management strategies to achieve our organization's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Talent Management and Development: Develop and drive talent management strategies to ensure effective staffing alignment with our business needs. Create systems to attract talent, identify critical talent needs, develop core competencies, and corresponding development opportunities.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Identify ways to enhance employee engagement, leadership, and staff development, regular feedback and coaching, career pathing, and promoting a coherent organizational culture that positions our company as an employer of choice.
  • Performance Management: Lead the effective and efficient administration of the performance management process, ensuring that our organization's managers are equipped to engage in constructive and ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Legal Compliance: Mitigate legal risk to the organization through proactive training and education, clear systems and processes for managing conflicts with and between employees, handling and investigating complaints of harassment/discrimination and other unjust practice allegations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement a competitive compensation system and benefit package to attract and retain staff. Partner with leadership to develop a Total Rewards/Pay philosophy, regularly review compensation and benefits market data, monitor pay practices, and proactively address issues.
  • HR Technology: Design and implement a strategy to optimize and integrate HR technology, enabling managers and employees to easily perform people-related transactions, facilitates delivery of effective HR services, securely stores employee data, and supports people-related decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years of successful experience in the role of HR Director, partnering directly with senior leadership to develop, align, and implement HR and organizational development strategies.
  • Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, practices, and processes. Experience implementing strategies and systems for talent management, compensation and benefits, and HR technology. Up-to-date knowledge of HR platforms/technology. Ability to collaborate and work with senior executives, managers, and employees.
