  • Supervise essential HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluation, and compensation management.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs to maintain consistency and compliance.
  • Initiate programs to boost employee engagement, enhance organizational culture, and improve retention rates.
  • Evaluate HR metrics and leverage data to guide decision-making and refine HR processes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to tackle organizational challenges and support strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and industry developments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics.
