  • Initiate programs to boost employee engagement, enhance organizational culture, and improve retention rates.
  • Evaluate HR metrics and leverage data to guide decision-making and refine HR processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree or advanced HR certification is preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership capacity with a proven record of managing HR functions and teams successfully.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and industry developments.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capability to drive organizational transformation and navigate complex HR challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics.
