Position Title: Director of HR Operations

Role Summary: The Director of HR Operations plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the Human Resources department, ensuring that HR processes are both efficient and effective while promoting operational excellence. This position is tasked with overseeing HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulations, and enhancing the overall HR framework to align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and refine HR operations, including systems, processes, and procedures, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee and enhance HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring precise data management and reporting.
  • Formulate, execute, and uphold HR policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and best practices to elevate HR operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Leverage HR metrics and analytics to evaluate the performance of HR operations and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Guide and mentor the HR operations team, offering support and direction to foster high performance and professional growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to HR operations, including benefits administration and HR technology.
  • Address complex employee matters and ensure that HR operations contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in utilizing data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
