- Provide coaching and service planning with a focus on financial education, helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Engage in community outreach efforts to promote financial literacy and access to resources.
- Ensure compliance with program reporting requirements, maintaining accurate records and data.
- Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to serving diverse populations.
- Achieve HUD Certification within 90 days of hire, demonstrating expertise in financial education and counseling.
- Familiarity with community resources and ability to navigate them effectively.
- Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs, with strong organizational skills.
- Background in customer service or finance/banking, with a passion for helping others achieve financial stability.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
