Financial Wellness Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Wellness Specialist to join our team and deliver high-quality financial education and coaching services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans with customers.
- Provide coaching and education on financial management, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Collaborate with workforce development teams to deliver financial education and coaching services.
- Engage in community outreach efforts to promote financial literacy and education.
Requirements:
- Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to navigate community resources and provide referrals as needed.
- Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
- Background in customer service or finance/banking.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
