Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Inspired Solutions Corporation. As a Registered Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill neonates.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a diverse healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Perform critical care duties, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating age-specific nursing care across all ages.
  • Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other personalized interventions as needed.
  • Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in care planning, research, and serve as a resource for critical care and neonatal resuscitation.
Requirements:
  • Current, full, active, and unrestrictive license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • 2+ years of experience working in the NICU as a Registered Nurse.
  • Associate Degree or Baccalaureate Degree from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
  • Current NRP-Advanced certification.
  • Current STABLE certification.
