Job Summary

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA is a highly skilled advanced practice provider who delivers exceptional care to neonates and infants. This role requires expertise in clinical management, education, administration, consulting, and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to high-risk neonates and infants
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services to deliver family-centered care
  • Maintain active participation in ongoing education and professional development
  • Contribute to research initiatives and implement evidence-based practices
Qualifications
  • Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Current Florida State Licensure as APRN or PA
  • Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP)
  • Current Licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse/Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, or PA
  • Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA
  • Minimum 3 years of Level III or greater NICU experience
