Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants, as well as experience in educational responsibilities, administrative duties, consulting, and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants
  • Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals and families
  • Participate in administrative duties, such as policy development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services to provide family-centered care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in neonatal care
Requirements
  • Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Current Florida State Licensure as APRN or a PA
  • Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP)
  • Current Licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse/Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, or PA
  • Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or a PA
  • At least 3 years of Level III or greater NICU experience
