We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants, as well as experience in educational responsibilities, administrative duties, consulting, and research.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants
- Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals and families
- Participate in administrative duties, such as policy development and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services to provide family-centered care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in neonatal care
- Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Florida State Licensure as APRN or a PA
- Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP)
- Current Licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse/Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, or PA
- Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or a PA
- At least 3 years of Level III or greater NICU experience
