Job Title: Admin and Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Operations Associate to join our team at Community Cooks. As a key member of our small team, you will provide primary administrative support to our Executive Director and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director, including processing donations, coordinating mailings, and maintaining organizational calendars.
  • Manage our database, including data upkeep, data entry, and reporting in our customized Salesforce system.
  • Oversee operational needs, such as maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping office space organized.
  • Handle routine operations tasks, including opening mail, deposits, and answering the phone.
  • Liaise with vendors and landlords, coordinate logistics, and step in wherever needed in daily operations.
Requirements:
  • High comfort level with technology, including proficiency with MS Office applications and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine love of systems and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
