Job Description

Compensation:

$15 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough verification, auditing, and reconciliation of all financial documentation, including room charges, cash drawer transactions, credit card activities, final billing, and occupancy statistics.
  • Execute additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as necessary.
  • Prepare and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and department leaders.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and service requests, address guest inquiries and resolve complaints, manage reservations, check-ins, and perform other front desk responsibilities as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all guests throughout their stay.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or as a night auditor is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability for flexible overnight shifts is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary; familiarity with reservation and accounting software is a plus.
