Role of the Customer Experience Supervisor:

The Customer Experience Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, enabling the club to provide outstanding customer service. The individual will demonstrate proficiency and compliance with all company policies and initiatives to maintain the integrity of the Crunch brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee front desk and retail operations.
  • Monitor membership and retail performance, ensuring the club meets or exceeds established targets.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of front desk personnel.

Member Service Management

  • Achieve defined sales goals.
  • Meet revenue objectives by motivating and guiding team members.
  • Implement and promote company initiatives and campaigns to generate new sales leads for optimal membership growth.
  • Greet and direct club members and guests upon entry and exit.
  • Assist members by clarifying inquiries regarding club procedures and policies.
  • Check-in members and guests in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond to calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that makes members feel appreciated.
  • Support the General Manager and GMIT in addressing member requests.
  • Process member service payments in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Create exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized club tours.
  • Convert guest visits into new member relationships by understanding their fitness goals, presenting Crunch in a relatable manner, and building trust through transparent communication, fair pricing, and a passion for fitness.
  • Deliver outstanding member experiences; follow up with existing members to ensure they are progressing towards their fitness objectives. Act as a resource for their inquiries and concerns, connecting them with appropriate support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Generate leads and new business through promotions, referrals, and guest passes.
  • Stay informed about and effectively communicate all marketing initiatives to current and potential members.
  • When not engaged in other duties, maintain visibility on the club floor and in locker rooms, contributing to a clean and safe environment while fostering connections with prospective members.
