Position Overview
As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will ensure that guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Change bed linens and make beds to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Replace used towels and replenish bath care products, including soap and shampoo.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Dust furniture and clean public areas, such as corridors, to enhance guest experience.
- Restock beverages and food items in mini-bars for guest convenience.
- Report any maintenance needs or technical issues promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding additional services and help retrieve lost items.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of your shift.
- Adhere to hotel security guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products is beneficial. Candidates should possess good physical health and stamina, with the flexibility to work in shifts. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A high school diploma is an advantage.
