Job Title: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator PRSC Day Shift

At Southview Manor, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator PRSC to join our interdisciplinary team. As a PRSC, you will play a vital role in providing group and individual therapy to adults with a history of psychiatric hospitalizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychiatric rehab and case management services to adults with a history of psychiatric hospitalizations.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic services and interventions to best serve the needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to help patients achieve their long-term care and stabilization goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field, including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in mental health or human services setting.
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is ideal, but not required.
