Qualifications:
The role of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator is often referred to by various titles in the industry, including Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, Psychiatric Rehab Coordinator, or Mental Health Counselor.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a PRSC or in a mental health role within a licensed nursing home or specialized rehabilitation facility is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a human services field (such as sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology) and at least one year of supervised experience in a mental health or human services setting.
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous but not mandatory.
