Your Role: As a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering both group and individual therapy to adults with a history of psychiatric hospitalizations. Your expertise will contribute to their long-term care and stabilization. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate psychiatric rehabilitation and case management services.
