Key Responsibilities:- Therapeutic Relationship: Establish and maintain a stable therapeutic rapport with residents.
- Facility Orientation: Guide residents in acclimating to the care facility.
- Treatment Plan Review: Assist residents in understanding their treatment plans and schedules, including participation in day programs and group activities.
- Active Participation: Encourage residents to engage in their treatment plan reviews.
- Service Coordination: Oversee and facilitate the delivery of psychiatric rehabilitation services.
- Monitoring: Supervise residents in self-directed care and ensure adherence to their treatment plans.
- Documentation: Complete necessary documentation upon admission and regularly thereafter, including progress notes.
- Community Liaison: Connect with community organizations for resident referrals.
- Medication Knowledge: Maintain awareness of residents' psychotropic medications and their purposes, aiding in behavioral programming.
- Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling sessions as required.
- Crisis Management: Be trained in crisis intervention techniques and facility policies regarding behavioral emergencies.
- Training Participation: Engage in educational training sessions and in-service programs offered by the facility.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
