Job Description

We are a family-owned business seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at Shan Medical Equipment Dearborn. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their medical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify insurance coverage and process claims efficiently.
  • Assist patients with their medical needs and provide guidance on our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical equipment setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing.
  • BOC certification is a plus, but not required.
