Child Care Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Family Services Specialist to assist our supervisor and manager in delivering programs and services to eligible families under the California subsidized child care programs. The successful candidate will determine eligibility and process enrollment and certification, monitor cases for program compliance, conduct quality assurance reviews, and assist supervisors in identifying work flows and processes for improvement.
This role requires excellent communication and customer relations skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience working with families receiving subsidized childcare or other social support services. A competitive salary range of $ $65,000 - $85,000 per year and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k matching options, and paid time off will be offered to the successful candidate.
