  • Manage and monitor IRA tracking, ensuring it is in line with the Joint Venture Industrialization strategy and regulatory compliance.
  • Formulate and execute methods for assessing greenhouse gas emissions throughout the entire supply chain.
  • Evaluate data from mining operations and manufacturing processes to pinpoint major emission sources.
  • Compile detailed reports on greenhouse gas emissions, emphasizing improvement areas and reduction strategies.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all procedures and findings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work closely with cell engineering, suppliers, Joint Venture partners, and material suppliers to collect data and synchronize efforts.
  • Report project developments and results to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and adopt best practices for minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements, technologies, and regulations concerning greenhouse gas emissions and sustainability.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing extensive projects within the automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of greenhouse gas emissions, including their sources, measurement techniques, and reduction methods.
  • Familiarity with industrial operations, particularly in mining and manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of project management experience, focusing on environmental sustainability or greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
