Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our technical team in the design and delivery of electrical systems for various projects. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing and delivering complex electrical systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring that projects are completed to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for various projects
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in designing and delivering complex electrical systems
  • PE license
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in SKM and electrical analysis software
  • 8+ years of electrical systems design experience
  • Proficiency using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Ability to interact with others on a multi-discipline team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Good time management skills, a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • People management experience a plus
  • NCEES Record
  • Excellent Communications Skills with the ability to present designs to clients
  • Additional Industry Certifications such as LEED AP or CEM
