Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily construction, administrative, and technical aspects of renewable energy projects.
- Drive project profitability through efficient execution and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, customers, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate project status notes and documentation.
- Assist management with project accounting, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including revenue recognition and project setup rules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Development team to develop project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance and cost estimates to ensure reasonableness and accuracy.
- Review and approve subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Manage project expenditures and job cost accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, and customer safety standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of engineering, technical, or industry-related education is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of industrial power, electrical, mechanical, or engineering construction project management experience.
