Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Account Executive - Business Development Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the transfer of information from our customers to our team, identifying potential problems and coordinating solutions, and ensuring that our preconstruction services meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the transfer of information from customers to the R.Kries team.
  • Identify potential problems and coordinate solutions.
  • Prepare and oversee accurate scope letters.
  • Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Operations Team from the Pre-Construction Team.
  • Ensure that preconstruction services meet customer requirements.
  • Direct the Construction/Design team (internal & external).
  • Create scope summaries that clearly define project pricing and responsibilities.
  • Create an accurate trend timeline & pricing that defines accepted/pending/declined trends for the project.
  • Explain and define pricing and scope to clients.
  • Be the R.Kries representative to ensure a clear understanding & transfer of up-to-date information.
  • Offer solutions and gather information to keep the project scope clear and within budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This role is salary plus commission.

  • Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding extensive programs and activities of importance.
  • Manages autonomous individuals, managers, and diverse groups giving broader direction.
  • Expert in field, extensive relevant experience, 15+ years.
  • Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally required.
