About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Capital Factory. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that showcases the best of our innovation hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every visitor promptly and provide a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Utilize our platform tools and online directory to assist guests in finding the member or event they are looking for.
  • Escort guests to their destination and provide a brief overview of our community and services.
  • Answer basic questions about Capital Factory, membership, sponsorship, and investment opportunities.
  • Assist with mail duties and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Advocate for member and visitor engagement by suggesting other people or events that may be of interest.
  • Ask for contact information to follow up and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with gift shop sales and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Support the Workplace Team and Gift Shop with miscellaneous tasks and data entry.
  • Provide backup support to other Properties roles during periods of short staffing.
Requirements
  • Outgoing and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Discretion and professionalism when interacting with VIPs and sensitive information.
  • Documenting skills and ability to create lists and spreadsheets.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Reliable laptop computer and smartphone for work purposes.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Commitment to staying in Texas for at least two years.
