Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, managing all aspects from cost estimation to quality assurance.
  • Work closely with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules that ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality expectations.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers to provide updates on progress and address potential challenges.
  • Uphold stringent safety standards throughout all project phases, ensuring a secure work environment for all personnel.
  • Document daily activities and significant occurrences to maintain a comprehensive record of project progress.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of five years as a lead supervisor on large-scale projects (at least 100,000 sq ft), with a focus on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage.
  • Willingness to Travel: This position requires nationwide travel, so comfort on the road is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Procore is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license in your state of residence is mandatory.
