Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, managing all aspects from estimating to quality assurance.
  • Work closely with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules that ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Direct subcontractor activities to meet project timelines and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers to keep everyone informed of progress and potential issues.
  • Ensure the highest safety standards are maintained throughout all project phases, creating a safe work environment for all personnel.
  • Document daily activities and significant occurrences to maintain a comprehensive record of project progress.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of five years as a lead supervisor on large-scale projects (at least 100,000 sq ft), with experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage.
  • Willingness to Travel: This position requires nationwide travel, so you must be comfortable on the road.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Procore is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license in your state of residence is essential.
