Key Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent, you will oversee all phases of bridge and railway construction projects. Your duties will include:

1. Directing and supervising construction activities for bridge and railway projects, managing a crew of 5-10 members.

3. Coordinating onsite personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

6. Managing pile driving operations and ensuring adherence to quality control measures.
7. Effectively communicating with project stakeholders, including engineers and project managers.

10. Leading daily safety meetings and briefings to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

1. 5-10 years of experience in construction, particularly in bridge and railway projects.
2. Proven expertise in pile driving operations.
3. Ability to obtain necessary safety clearances.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering plans and specifications.
