We are currently seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service and support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries through an inbound call system or email.
  • Assist customers with account-related billing questions and concerns.
  • Ensure resolutions comply with all established Policies, Procedures, and Protocols.
  • Conduct research and analysis to effectively resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain positive customer relations while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance.
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to assist customers.
  • Guide customers through application navigation.
  • Identify optimal solutions based on customer issues and details.
  • Document events and resolutions accurately.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Remote Work Requirements:
  • A dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Must have a compatible desktop or laptop with Microsoft Windows 7 or higher.
  • Minimum of 4 GB RAM and 60 GB hard drive storage.
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
