Employee Relations Manager

About the Role:
The Employee Relations Manager is a key member of the HR team at Ford Motor Company, responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role involves resolving employee relations issues, such as conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary matters, in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote a positive work culture
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to achieve business objectives
- Supervise the maintenance of accurate documentation and records
- Provide guidance on policies and compliance to ensure a compliant and ethical work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in Employee Relations or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
