About the Role:

The Employee Relations Manager is a key member of the HR team at Ford Motor Company, responsible for ensuring a positive and productive work environment. This role involves resolving employee relations issues, such as conflicts, disputes, and disciplinary matters, in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote a positive work culture
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise the maintenance of accurate documentation and records
  • Provide guidance on policies and compliance to ensure a compliant and ethical work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in Employee Relations or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
