Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Director to join our team in Michigan. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing employee relations programs and processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Support: Provide high-quality support to employees, including performance coaching and counseling, disciplinary actions, and separations.
  • Program Management: Ensure the quality of assigned employee relations programs and processes.
  • Investigations: Prepare investigative documentation, including interview notes and reports, and utilize the case management system to manage and track cases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further the goals of the Company and Employee Relations team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience conducting investigations and advising on complex HR matters.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, resiliency, creative thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
